There is logical thinking behind ‘omkar’. Omkar is basically made up of three and a half characters, hence 3½ Maatras. Chanting Omkar in a special way, creates a resonance in your brain, which causes the CSF (Cerebro Spinal Fluids) to activate and flow, thus cleansing the brain. Cosmic Intelligent Vibration refers to the sound of ‘AUM’as it represents, absolute reality in repercussion. It is believed that before creation of universe, the humming energy existed. That repercussion become the ‘Vibration of creation’ This vibration still exists around and within everyone.
